We are seeking an experienced Technical Hiring Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our efforts in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology industry, a proven track record in technical recruitment, and exceptional skills in managing teams, providing strategic insights, and fostering relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Recruitment Strategies. Create and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to attract top technical talent, aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Sourcing and Networking. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Candidate Pipeline Management. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a robust talent pool.
- Candidate Assessment. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including initial screenings and technical interviews, to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the team.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance, professional growth, and alignment with organizational values.
- Process Optimization. Implement best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment processes, and leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Metrics and Reporting. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Market Research and Insights. Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, salary benchmarks, competitor hiring practices, and other market dynamics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on findings to inform recruitment strategies and talent acquisition initiatives.
Skills Required
- Experience. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technical recruitment, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing a recruitment team.
- Technical Industry Knowledge. Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and trends within the technology sector, including software development, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Recruitment Strategy Development. Proven ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging innovative approaches and industry best practices.
- Communication and Relationship Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, external partners, and industry contacts.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decision-making. Ability to interpret recruitment data, identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Organizational and Time Management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Technology Proficiency. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools. Familiarity with digital recruitment platforms and emerging HR technologies is advantageous.
- Leadership and Mentoring. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing recruitment team. Proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members to achieve individual and collective recruitment goals.
