We are committed to making travel easier and more enjoyable with innovative mobility solutions. As a Team Lead - RAMS, you will play a crucial role in driving smart-mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and train a team of RAMS professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with RAMS requirements and timely release of all related documents.
  • Plan deadlines, expenditures, and personnel for RAMS on an internal and project-by-project basis.
  • Provide project management support for resource application and coordination.
  • Finalize necessary work and resources with all involved departments.
  • Prepare RAM and safety plans with specific project references.
  • Coordinate RAMS requirements with all collaborators.
  • Represent safety approval within assigned projects, adhering to budgets and schedules.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for providing services to global projects.
  • Oversee processes, guidelines, and tools used by your team, ensuring deliverables are available to project departments.
  • Network intensively with other Siemens units to coordinate joint approaches.
  • Advise project managers, plan work packages, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  • Support the bid phase of projects worldwide with your team and regional units.
  • Manage your projects from an overall perspective, including staff appraisals and growth.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Graduate degree in an engineering field, preferably electrical/electronics.
  • Strong understanding and application of CENELEC standards for RAMS EN50126, EN50129, EN50128.
  • Extensive professional and technical management experience in engineering and project management, particularly in RAMS and railway systems validation.
  • Hands-on experience in Hazards Management, SIL, THR ratings, and RAMS studies like FMEA, FMECA, FTAs.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on customer needs and project KPIs.
  • Experience in international project environments with intercultural competence.
  • Excellent English skills and willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
