As a Team Ops Program Manager at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and managing the operations of the Design Team in India. You will be responsible for streamlining recruiting processes, managing operational activities, and supporting team growth within Adobe’s dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Enhancement. Develop and manage scalable and efficient recruiting processes with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Event Coordination. Partner with talent acquisition teams to plan and execute recruiting events aimed at increasing the pipeline and hiring of diverse talent.
- Tracking and Reporting. Ensure recruiting processes are effective and track key metrics to measure success.
- Budget Management. Oversee and manage budgets related to the team, including vendor relationships, license management, and onboarding of new hires.
- Cross-functional Collaboration. Work closely with design leaders, program managers, and other cross-functional teams to support and improve overall team operations.
- Documentation. Maintain and manage documentation related to operational processes, budgets, and recruiting activities.
- Larger Scale Projects. Provide support on larger-scale Team Operations projects as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Inclusive Practices. Enhance and manage recruiting practices with a focus on increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.
- Guidelines and Frameworks. Develop guidelines and frameworks to ensure effective and equitable recruiting practices.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting operations or business operations roles.
