Job Description
As a Generative AI Model Developer at Dentsu Creative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced Generative AI models, particularly focusing on Text and Image generation, and fine-tuning AI solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate client requirements into scalable AI solutions, staying updated on emerging trends and techniques in the field of generative AI. Your role involves evaluating and fine-tuning models for high performance and accuracy, integrating AI solutions into existing systems, and contributing to the company's technical knowledge base.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Generative AI
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Proven track record of implementing Generative AI models and solutions in real-world applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Must-Have Skills
- Python Programming
- End-to-end understanding of backend workflows
- Good understanding of chatbots/Dialogue Flows
- Good understanding of NoSQL and unstructured data
- Experience in Proof of Concept (POC) & Technical Evaluations
Good to Have
- Frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications
- Experience in feature engineering and model evaluation
- Familiarity with one of the cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for scalable model deployment

- Basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks
- Familiarity with computer vision and image processing techniques
