We are seeking a talented and experienced SailPoint Advanced-2 Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a SailPoint Advanced-2 Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions that meet their needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.
- Configure and customize SailPoint IdentityNow to meet client specifications.
- Develop connectors and integrations with various systems and applications.
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for SailPoint IdentityNow implementations.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of solutions.
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Stay updated with the latest SailPoint technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions and offerings.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3 to 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.
- Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow Advanced-2 functionalities and features.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and principles.
- Experience with Java programming and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer (SCIE) or SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Architect (SCIA) are preferred but not required.
