Must-Have Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Siebel UCM/CRM Product, with at least 3 years in solution design roles, is required.
- Prior experience with Siebel Data Validation Manager.
- Proficiency in integration technologies, including micro-services, Web Services, and Queues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in client handling and stakeholder management.
- In-depth knowledge and significant experience in various information systems and technology services.
- Proven design expertise across multiple information systems and technology architecture domains.
- Experience with Siebel configuration, Scripting, Workflow, and EIM.
- Familiarity with Siebel CRM integration technologies such as EAI, EIM, Web services, and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate direct discussions and interactions with client-side Business PMs, Architects, Technical leads, and Development teams to ensure alignment and collaboration toward shared objectives.
- Conduct workshops with Business and IT Stakeholders to design solutions.
- Collaborate with other Technology leads to ensure coherence among different solutions and projects.
- Provide inputs for high-level and low-level technical designs based on business/functional requirements, identifying and addressing technical dependencies.
- Participate actively in design and architecture reviews of projects and enhancement changes.
- Produce estimates and contribute to requirements for future projects and enhancements, ensuring realism and achievability.
- Drive continuous improvement and pre-emptive maintenance around the environment.
- Ensure all activities and deliverables conform to agreed standards, success criteria, and deadlines.
- Own and prepare business proposals and roadmaps for internal and external customers.
