We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Product Manager to lead our MSS-Managed Security Services offering, encompassing products like SASE, DDoS, WAAP, MDM, and more. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and manage MSS products that align with our strategic objectives and meet customer demands. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from inception through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy. Communicate and align the product vision and strategy with business objectives and market demands.
- Roadmap Development. Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Enhancement Prioritization. Prioritize product enhancements and features, leveraging competitive analysis and market insights.
- Performance Monitoring. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance user experience and product effectiveness.
- Risk Evaluation. Identify and assess potential risks that could impact product success and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Industry Awareness. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity and managed services space.
- Revenue Target Achievement. Drive initiatives to achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
- Customer Engagement. Handle customer opportunities, support pre-sales activities including RFPs, and present to CXOs and broader audiences.
- Commercial Acumen. Demonstrate strong commercial understanding, build compelling business cases, and collaborate effectively with OEM partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches and successful execution of product strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management within the tech products/software development industry, with an overall experience of 6-7 years.
- Knowledge of security products and services is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and make informed, data-driven decisions.
