Job Description

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technology trainings for both freshers and experienced professionals. The core focus areas include .Net, databases (SQL Server, Oracle), web technologies (MEAN stack, ASP.Net MVC, .Net Core), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud). The role requires proficiency in C#, SQL, and familiarity with database models, normalization, ER diagrams, and Object Relational Model. Additionally, skills in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, XML), software engineering, UML, OOAD, and requirement analysis are essential.

  2. Qualification. Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, BE/BTech/MCA/MCS/MCM.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technology trainings for both freshers and experienced professionals.
  • Topics include .Net, SQL Server, Oracle, MEAN stack, ASP.Net MVC, and .Net Core.
  • Develop course content and syllabus aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with practice leads to understand training needs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and project/case study evaluations.
  • Create and curate E-learning content.
  • Stay updated with technology advancements, particularly in cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/Google Cloud.

Required Skills

  1. Programming Languages. Proficient in C#, Python.
  2. Database. Strong knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, database models, normalization, ER Diagrams, Object Relational Model.
  3. Web Technologies. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, XML.
  4. Frameworks. ASP.Net Core, MEAN/MERN stack.
  5. Cloud. Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts.
  6. Additional Skills. Software Engineering, UML, OOAD, Requirement Understanding and Analysis.
  7. Soft Skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  8. Passion. Strong technical skills with a passion for conducting training sessions effectively.
