- Client Interface. Interacting directly with clients to address quality assurance concerns, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Requirement Understanding. Grasping client requirements, crafting and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and ensuring service offerings meet client expectations.
- Project Management. Contributing to project estimation, offering insights for solution delivery, conducting technical risk assessments, and reviewing code and unit test plans.
- Team Leadership. Guiding and leading teams in developing optimized, high-quality code, fostering continual knowledge sharing, and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
- Digital Transformation. Playing a pivotal role in developing efficient programs/systems to support clients on their digital transformation journey.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Primary Skills. Proficiency in Java.
- Desirable Skills. Experience in Java Microservices and Spring Boot.
