Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Provide comprehensive support for GTP services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal service performance.
- Identify, track, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Incident Management
- Respond to incidents in a timely manner, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure incidents are prioritized and escalated appropriately to meet SLAs.
- Provide post-incident reports and recommendations for prevention.
Change Management
- Work closely with release managers to ensure smooth deployments and implementations.
- Participate in post-deployment reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve deployment processes.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze service performance metrics to identify trends.
- Proactively recommend and implement optimization measures to enhance system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Collaboration Across Teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and quality assurance teams, to ensure seamless integration of applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
