What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Operations Management. Provide comprehensive support for our suite of services by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
  2. Incident Management. Respond to incidents with urgency, perform thorough root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues. Prioritize and escalate critical issues as needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  3. Change Management. Collaborate with release managers to ensure smooth deployments. Conduct post-deployment reviews to capture insights and improve future processes.
  4. Performance Monitoring. Track service performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for optimization. Implement measures to boost system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with development, infrastructure, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless application integration and alignment with business goals.
