Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Provide end-to-end support for GTP services by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime.
- Proactively work to enhance system performance, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
Incident Management
- Promptly respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrences.
- Prioritize and escalate critical issues as needed to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Change Management
- Collaborate with release managers to ensure smooth and successful deployments.
- Conduct post-deployment reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future deployment processes.
Performance Monitoring
