Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Provide end-to-end support for GTP services by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime.
  • Proactively work to enhance system performance, focusing on scalability and efficiency.

Incident Management

  • Promptly respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrences.
  • Prioritize and escalate critical issues as needed to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Change Management

  • Collaborate with release managers to ensure smooth and successful deployments.
  • Conduct post-deployment reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future deployment processes.

Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and proactively identify areas for optimization and system reliability improvements.
  • Implement scalable solutions to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our services.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and quality assurance, ensuring the seamless integration of applications and alignment with business goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or a related field, with a focus on service monitoring, incident management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a passion for troubleshooting complex issues and driving efficiency.
