Purpose of the Role
Operations Support
- Provide comprehensive support for our suite of services, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Incident Management
- Respond promptly to incidents, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Prioritize and escalate critical issues to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Change Management
- Collaborate with release managers to ensure smooth and successful deployments. Conduct post-deployment reviews to capture lessons learned and enhance future deployment processes.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor service performance metrics, analyze trends, and proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement. Implement measures to enhance system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of applications and alignment with business objectives.
