Purpose of the Role
Operations
- Provide comprehensive support for our suite of services, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Incident Management
- Respond promptly to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Prioritize and escalate critical issues as needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Change Management
- Collaborate with release managers to ensure smooth and successful deployments. Conduct post-deployment reviews to capture lessons learned and refine future deployment processes.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor service performance metrics, analyze trends, and proactively identify areas for optimization. Implement measures to enhance system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of applications and alignment with business objectives.
