As a TechOps Engineer within the Global Engineering team, you will provide essential support to both our Local Business Unit (LBU) and the Group. Your responsibilities will include incident management, performance monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, efficient technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Ensure optimal performance and uptime by providing comprehensive support for GTP services.
- Engage in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues, reducing system downtime.
Incident Management
- Respond swiftly to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
- Prioritize and escalate critical issues in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
Change Management
- Collaborate with release managers to ensure smooth deployments.
- Conduct post-deployment reviews, capturing lessons learned to enhance future deployment processes.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor service performance metrics, analyze trends, and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement improvements to boost system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and quality assurance teams to ensure applications align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly.
