We are currently seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic UI Designer / Landing Page Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the driving force behind the design, development, and optimization of landing pages and marketing creatives that convert. This is not just a design role; it’s a performance-driven position where your work directly impacts campaign success, lead generation, and customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, is fluent in digital marketing dynamics, and can lead the creative vision while staying grounded in user-centered design principles.

Must-Have Skills
- Web Design & Development. HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic proficiency)
- Design Tools. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
- Landing Page Builders. Webflow (strongly preferred), Canva
- Analytics & Optimization. Hotjar, Supermetrics, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Databox
- UX/UI Best Practices. Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, A/B testing
- Agency Experience. At least 3 years of hands-on UI/UX or landing page experience in a digital marketing agency
What You'll Be Doing
- Conceptualize, design, and build high-performing landing pages and digital assets for B2B and Education clients
- Translate complex campaign objectives into intuitive, attractive, and high-converting designs
- Collaborate with PPC and creative teams to deliver seamless visual experiences
- Lead design projects end-to-end, from ideation and wireframing to implementation and optimization
- Conduct user behavior research using tools like Hotjar and apply insights to improve UX
- Perform thorough quality assurance testing and align final deliverables with brand standards
- Work with analytics tools to monitor performance, implement feedback, and continuously optimize
- Stay current with digital design trends, UI patterns, and emerging technology
- Create interactive eBooks, email designs, banners, and other creative marketing collaterals
- Establish and evolve the visual identity across web assets and marketing materials

- A strong portfolio that showcases digital work, especially landing pages, with real results
- A passion for conversion-driven design and user behavior psychology
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and an “FSO” (Figure Stuff Out) attitude
- Strong communication and time-management skills, you meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects with ease
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs
- A solid foundation in front-end development basics, you speak HTML/CSS and understand the limitations and capabilities of web technologies
- Experience in using analytics and behavior tracking tools to optimize designs
