Job Description

System Soft Technologies seeks an experienced HR Manager to deliver customized leadership across various HR facets, including Culture Management, Onboarding, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Employee Relations. This role interacts openly and effectively with all employees, ensuring HR initiatives enhance business results while nurturing a positive, employee-centric company culture.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to continuously improve business objectives, employee engagement, productivity, and HR development.
  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate employee engagement initiatives to establish System Soft Technologies as a premier workplace.
  • Work with international HR teams to align global HR processes with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Participate in corporate interviews to assess cultural fit and contribute to the drafting of Offer Letters and Employment Agreements.
  • Provide guidance to management on complex HR matters, including disciplinary actions, staff reductions, and terminations.
  • Analyze HR trends, develop metrics, and implement programs to achieve key business objectives.
  • Prepare and oversee regulatory reports such as the EEO-1 Report, Department of Labor Reports, and ACA Reporting.
  • Evaluate HR policies and processes, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and ensure compliance.
  • Partner with the payroll team to ensure accurate payroll and tax reporting compliance.
  • Manage company benefit plans, administer 401k plans, and support Benefits Assistant as needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints, allegations, and grievances, conducting investigations and resolutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a US HR environment.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing, and COBRA.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a commitment to exceptional people-care and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and produce high-quality work consistently.
