As a Salesforce UX/UI Designer, you will be at the forefront of transforming user experiences across Salesforce Clouds. You will leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and design thinking principles to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Your role will involve evaluating new and enhancement requests, crafting unified designs, and aligning each with our future vision. Your proactive approach will drive the evolution of our design language and contribute to our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Partner with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into user-centric designs for all Salesforce clouds.
- Design Creation. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across Salesforce applications.
- User Research. Conduct user research and usability testing to collect feedback, iterating on designs to refine and enhance user interactions.
- Best Practices. Adhere to Salesforce best practices and guidelines, ensuring that all designs align with established style guides.
- Developer Coordination. Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
- Trend Awareness. Stay current with UX/UI design trends and updates on the Salesforce platform to continually improve our design strategies.
- Design Language Enhancement. Contribute to enhancing the Ford Pro design language and style guides as needed.
Qualifications
- Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience. Minimum of 5 years in UX/UI design, with substantial experience across Salesforce AutoCloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Cloud.
- Design Tools Proficiency. Skilled in using Figma and other design tools.
- Technical Skills. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design Thinking. Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking to create cohesive and user-focused solutions.
- Communication. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Methodologies. Experience with Lean, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Certifications
- Required. Salesforce Certified Strategy Designer
- Recommended. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer
- Optional. Salesforce Certified Associate, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
