As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Your primary focus will be to enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Designing clean, modern, and responsive interfaces that align with client expectations and business goals.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights and iterate based on feedback.
- Developing wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision/Axure.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the accurate implementation of your designs.
- Advocating for the user’s needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio that reflects strong design thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Strong prototyping skills using InVision, Axure, or other relevant platforms.
- Solid foundation in UX/UI principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to clearly articulate ideas and feedback.
- Analytical mindset and a user-centered design approach.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while not mandatory, it’s a plus if you can speak the developer’s language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
