Key Responsibilities
- Build prototypes for small applications using VBA scripts to automate and optimize Excel workbooks.
- Design and develop both the frontend and backend of applications using VBA scripts and related tools.
- Initiate and manage new projects, ensuring customization options and implementing robust error handling.
- Utilize best practices in development to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals for applications.
- Formulate and define the scope and objectives of automation projects based on end-user requirements.
- Analyze and refine existing system logic to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and support existing VBA applications, implementing enhancements as necessary.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Establish workflows that connect different programs and facilitate seamless data transfer.
- Utilize advanced features of Excel, such as formulas, tables, and graphs, to enhance application functionality.
- Perform comprehensive analysis and debugging of existing software to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience. 3-4 years in VBA development and automation.
- Technical Skills. Proficient in VBA scripting and Excel automation; experience with advanced Excel functionalities.
