Web Development Manager

We are looking for a highly effective Web Development Manager to join our team. This person is capable of leveraging structured project management techniques to effectively manage small to large-scale projects across multiple disciplines. This individual is able to ensure a high level of satisfaction with a focus on responsiveness, resolution of problem situations, and successful completion of deliverables. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage project scope, objectives, SDLC and PMLC deliverables and accountable for functional and technical documents • Review project specifications, analyzes requirements, creates design documents, design e-solution architectures • Assign project plan tasks to team members • Lead weekly status meetings, track project status and provide in-depth status reports to the IS Manager • Track and manage all project related issues and communicate with IS Manager • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members and trains new team members on established tools, procedures, and policies • Interview new candidates and performs team members yearly review • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. • 7+ yrs experience in a leading team or project manager role for web development projects • Expertise in business process design techniques and development methodologies • Experience in full lifecycle software development process and methods • Experience in Enterprise Content Management System Environment, Software and Related Tools: • MS Windows/Office • RedDot Content Management System • Familiarity with .NET technology • MS SQL Server 2000/2005 • MS Commerce Server 2000/2003 • MS Project and MS Visio
