Web Solutions Engineer

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• 2 years of experience in Java, C++, Python, or related object-oriented programming.
• 1 year of experience in TypeScript/Javascript front-end programming and Database/SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for engineering and experience with unit testing, agile project development, and bug/change management systems.
• Ability to provide effective technical solutions to business challenges.
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, efficient task prioritization and management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and improve scalable full-stack web applications using standard and Google-specific tools.
• Analyze problems, develop solutions, identify dependencies, and resolve issues to drive implementation.
• Make technical contributions, including writing and reviewing design documents, tests, and code.
• Provide subject-matter expertise.

About the Job

• The gTech Analytics, Platforms, and Tools team works closely with Engineering and Product partners to develop and enhance Google’s products and internal tools.
