Job Description

As a Workday Technical Expert, you'll play a crucial role in partnering with our customers to understand their strategies, challenges, and goals. Your executive presence, polished demeanor, and superior communication skills will be essential in managing pre-sales and project execution in complex environments. You'll leverage your facilitation, negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills to drive diverse teams towards success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to understand strategies, challenges, and goals.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and deep expertise in designing solutions for various industries.
  • Manage and coordinate projects end to end, ensuring successful completion.
  • Coordinate with external providers.
  • Execute Workday integrations and manage launch parameters.
  • Utilize project management experience for ERP projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge and extensive experience working with Workday modules (Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking).
  • Understanding of end-to-end functional HR business processes.
  • Skilled in interviewing business users, collecting requirements, and explaining solutions.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology.
  • Familiarity with Workday audit requirements and processes.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders for ERP projects.
  • Proficient in guiding teams on Workday HCM modules and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
