About the Role

• Partner closely with our esteemed customers to understand their strategies, challenges, and goals, ensuring we deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate a strong executive presence and superior communication skills to manage pre-sales, project execution, and foster collaboration within diverse teams.
• Leverage your extensive knowledge and expertise to design tailored solutions for various industries, including Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Insurance.
• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring successful project completion and coordination with external providers.
• Utilize your proficiency in Workday integrations development and execution to drive seamless integration launches.
• Apply your project management acumen to oversee ERP projects and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Workday modules such as Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
• An in-depth understanding of functional HR business processes and the ability to interpret requirements effectively.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology and experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders for ERP projects.
• Familiarity with Workday audit requirements and processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations.
