Google has introduced a new Gemini-powered feature in Gmail called “Help me schedule”, designed to make finding time for meetings faster and easier.
How It Works
When you’re replying to an email about scheduling a meeting, Gmail now detects that intent and displays a Help me schedule button in the toolbar. Once selected, Gemini analyzes your Google Calendar and the context of the email to suggest meeting times that fit your availability.

These suggestions are automatically added to your reply, allowing the recipient to pick a time that works best for them. Once they confirm, Gmail instantly creates a Calendar invite for all participants—no extra steps needed.

The “Help me schedule” feature is rolling out to the following Google Workspace and Gemini tiers:
Google Workspace: Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Starter, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus, Google AI Pro for Education, and Frontline Plus
Gemini Plans: Google AI Pro, Google AI Ultra, Gemini Business, and Gemini Enterprise
