![Google Opal]()
Google Labs has announced the global expansion of Opal, its no-code AI mini-app builder, to 15 new countries, along with major improvements that make creating AI-powered apps faster, easier, and more transparent.
Originally launched in the U.S. just two months ago, Opal enables anyone — regardless of coding experience — to build AI-driven apps using natural language prompts. What began as a small experimental project quickly grew into a hub for creative and practical innovation, prompting Google to open it up to a wider audience.
Now Available in 15 New Countries
Starting today, Opal is rolling out in:
Canada, India, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brazil, Singapore, Colombia, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panamá, Honduras, Argentina, and Pakistan.
This expansion aims to bring the power of no-code AI development to more creators, entrepreneurs, and problem-solvers across the globe.
What’s New in Opal
As users have begun to push Opal’s limits with increasingly complex workflows, Google has introduced a series of updates to improve performance, transparency, and debugging.
1. Advanced Debugging — Still No Code
Opal now offers a step-by-step visual debugger that allows users to run workflows interactively, view real-time errors, and pinpoint exactly where a process fails — without writing a single line of code.
This improvement helps creators build and iterate faster, reducing time spent troubleshooting.
2. Faster and More Responsive Apps
Under-the-hood performance improvements mean users can now create new Opals in seconds, not minutes.
Additionally, parallel runs have been enabled, allowing multiple workflow steps to execute simultaneously — dramatically improving overall speed and responsiveness.
