Encrypt app.config file

Question

Hi, I'm Stalin and I have a problem.

I'm trying Encrypt the app.config file that I created dynamically but when I try to save it throws me this error or if they know otherwise to be able to do it would help me a lot.

 

NOTA: The project is with WPF technology
