folder missing while publishing

Question

hi,

Currently i have issue on visual studio.The properties of all folders are shown blank because of that i could not change the build action to content that's why some folders are missing while publishing my project.

How can i make visible properties of all folder?

is there any other alternate way to publish a project without missing folders?

share your knowledge if you can help me,
