Question

Hi,

 

I am stuck in BCS, need your Help.

 

1)  I am showing some data as external List, now End user wants to Quick Edit but I know that is not possible but client is insisting 

so do you have any Alternative approach for this  ?

 

2)I want to filter external list , I have all operation on the content type, "ReadList" ",Delete", "Update" etc. I have created another "Read List" operation

where I have applied filters  now everything is working fine , when I add that on page and filter the data , it got Filtered Successfully.

 

However data is loaded which do not have Edit item link , it is plain text , I want Edit link should appear.

 

However Edit link Appears on default read list view .
