wpf grdiview select all notworking

This is designed in wpf . If you look at the bottom of the image there is a option for selecting all , When I click in 'select all' all the row should be selected . How I can achieve . Please advice . I tried multiple option .. No error . not getting selected .

Hi Shuhaib,
There are multiple ways to achieve the checkbox in wpf datagrid. One of the simplest way to do this.

1. Add a boolean datatype in your datatable that you used to bind (before binding) in datagrid (this will add checkbox in your datagrid).

2. To select all the checkboxes, just set to true in your datatable, it will tick all the checkboxes.

This will also help you to find checked/unchecked items in your datagrid easily.

You can get checked rows by using below snippet:

String expression ="check=true"; //check is your column name

DataRow[] foundRows = table.Select(expression, null);

// loop to get all checked rows
for (int i = 0; i < foundRows.Length; i++)
{
// Do your stuff
Console.WriteLine(foundRows[i][columnname]);
}

If you look at the image I attached, you can see that user has selected some row\s. How would Iretrieve selected row . Would you please advice . I tried with multiple way .. the selected row value can't be downloaded .
