Steps How to Customize Recycle Bin Settings in Windows 8
Step 1
In the Desktop Mode, you right-click on the Recycle Bin and then select the properties.
Step 2
The Recycle Bin Property Window will be open and in this window, you can assign the maximum storage, increase the Recycle Bin Storage Memory and enter the MBs in the "Maximum size box". This is shown below.
Step3
In this step, you can enable the option to immediately remove files when deleting without storing them in the Recycle Bin. You can check the box next to "Don't move files to Recycle Bin". You can click on the Checkbox to enable which display confirmation before delete option and click on the Apply or Ok button.
