Thanks for your great research! A lot of people really look for the difference between Backbone JS and AngularJS, - these are especially the beginners and those who look to hire a developer, but they can’t choose the needed technology for their project development, and thus look for the answer. While the competition grows vigorously among the developers, practically each middle Backbone JS developer is good at Angular JS and many other technologies as well (we showed the example here: https://mobilunity.com/blog/is-it-worth-hiring-a-backbone-js-developer-in-europe/). And this way just basing on the project requirements, it is always easier for them to choose the needed technology, while every pro developer never stops growing professionally.

There are too many grammatical mistakes. This makes it difficult to understand what you are trying to convey.

Angular works on IE8. I just finished a project for MUBC (Union Bank) and they use IE8 internal. I wrote an entire admin piece using Angular including custom directives, routing and a restful interface using $resource factories. I used an older version of Angular and compatible versions of jQuery. There were a couple of polyfills, but for the most part it was pretty painless. If you use Bootstrap it also takes care of all the funky IE quirks as long as you stay out of compatibility mode.
