Integration And Server Broadcast With SignalR 2

We have to install a Nuget package for SignalR using the Nuget Package Manager Console.

PM> Install-Package Microsoft.AspNet.SignalR.Client.

Create a Partial View _MessagePreview.cshtml in the Views folder.
