Provide Security Role Access for D365 Outlook

1. Login to CRM.

2. Go to Settings, Advanced Settings, Security.

3. Click on Users Select the view as Enabled users.

4. Select the users from the list and then select Manage Roles.

5. In the Manage User Roles dialog, select the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook User security role to the users and then select OK.
