Thank you; this is an interesting alternative to software development. I wonder though what people think of the word "scrum"; it just sounds like something negative. Perhaps that would be an issue only for people whose native language is English. Or maybe it is just me. Even if the word does not sound good, it is still possible to do everything the same except just call it something different. Also, I wonder if it is ever necessary to write conversion software to convert data from one phase (sprint?) to another one.
