Here is a very nice option to see the background lists in Windows 10
Step 1: Go to the Settings option in Windows 10.
Step 2: Go to the Privacy option under the Settings Tab.
Step 3: You are able to see the list of background apps running. If you wish to turn "Off" the apps, you can make it out.
