Early morning you reach your desk and you find plenty of emails, what is it called? “Escalations”.
Similarly something same happened with me today so the concern was “How to edit pdf files in SharePoint Office 365”” along with the check out and check in functionality to be working on.
Moreover if you are doing migration of SharePoint 2010 version to 2013, this will definitely be a issue as in SharePoint 2010 it works with an older version of Acrobat reader.
So, with lots of RnD here is the stuff which will make it work.
- Upgrade Adobe Reader to the version 10.1.2 client.
- Add your SharePoint Online root URL/domain to the Trusted Sites security zone in Internet Explorer (e.g. https://mysite.sharepoint.com).
- Check the Keep me signed in box when you log in to a SharePoint Online site.
