On 14th of May im returning to my military service.
It will be a quite holiday for me.
In the last 50 days in army i lost 14 kilos :) (I was 102 before army now im 88 kilos :)
I would advice this; you can be a real man & improve yourself as physically and mentally in the army.
In addition you learn something about being useful and patriot.
Its nice to experience.

Thank you Praveen for the kind words. You can join army anytime. At least it works that way here. But if its just military training you want, then i also heard that there is a semi-civilized soldier thing. But im not sure if its available for every army. One more thing; when you join army your social status grows :) You become an important person somehow like a Hero :)

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Inspired others too to loose weight. Maybe I should try to loose some weight. Though not too over weight. I heard somewhere that it is compulsory for everyone to attend the military training. Is it true?

1) The first shoot i made was nice. After a week later we got a mission to shoot a target with support(you put your weapon on this bag of sand and shoot) in 100 meter. It was awful: 4-0.Note a single success. Then the next week we had another mission to run 400 meters with your heavy weapon and then shooting the target without support in 100 meter in 3:15 time.It was incredible.I hardly could run 400 meters-i was 100 kilos that time- in 2:30 minutes. And then instantly shot the target.Everyone was shocked.Because i scored 3-2 (2 success in 3 shots).I figured out something later: i can't shoot with support :) 2) We've run 2400 meters every week.Totally i ran 7-8 times. The goal was to finish race in 12:30 minutes. The first try was 30 minutes.Later when i felt i lost some weight,i ran much more better.Last 2 times were 17 minutes and the last race of mine was 14 minute :) But i had hard time because i was a little injured while running. It was another success for me.Running 2400 meter isnt an easy task. 3) Friends borrowed some clothes of mine from my cabinet but never returned :)) In the army it happens regularly... These were the most memorable moments i had experienced :)

Days pass like Schumacher(ex-f1 racer) in the army.In the army(in 50 days) i lost 14 kilos and my height got 2-3 cm more.In the army i had sometime to think about what i'd like to do after service ends: I just want to open a cafe or restaurant and run it :O :)
