Well, I had a group of students met with me at Temple. Two of them were physically challenged and I thought how cool will be if Visual Studio supports speech.
I remember year 1999-2000, I built a document management system for physically challenged people who could not type. This product will let you manage your documents including Office and Images (250+ formats) and view (including Zoom, Pan and Markup features) using just speech.
Speech is becoming more and more popular with all kinds of mobile and tablet devices and I see many more products being developed with speech support.
I think that will be cool!

Well, the answer of Visual Studio IDE team was "NO". There is no such plan to bring speech in Visual Studio
