You should have following resources which will help you to pass microsoft exam 70-486 Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications:

Book:"Ravi Patel" had uploaded "asp_mvc4.pdf" book which is good one and published by Microsoft. Microsoft had updated exam contents but those are not covered in this book. So, do not only rely on this book. But, for the base this is perfect to start.
