Actually i have Doubt about Cache...

Cache is a client side or server side state management System ??

Plz Provide some Link or Example...

Debasis, I hope the below url talks about your question in a detailed manner:

You can cache the page at the browser making the request, at the Web server responding to the request, and at any other cache-capable devices, such as proxy servers, that are in the request or response stream.

So the answer is, you will include the caching logic in server side, based on that the page cached either server or client.

@Rajeesh, I'm little bit curious that which ASP.Net cacheing technique will store on the client. Till now i thought "ASP.Net Cacheing" done in Server side.

Caching technique allows to store/cache page output or application data on the client. The cached information is used to serve subsequent requests that avoid the overhead of recreating the same information. This enhances performance when same information is requested many times by the user.

Did you meant the "Caching", in ASP.Net? If so, it is fall under the "server" side mechanism.
