sir i want to know what types of web hosting choose windows or linux web hosting. defference windows or linux web hosting., where win hosting is used . all govt sites use always .aspx page means windows hosting. i know wordpress, html,css , java script, sql. i make database record(insert, update , delete, select) query form webpage form to sql database. what platform should i choose. how to make dayamic website,. is cpannel, wordpress is available with windows hosting or not.

I hopeyou at least know that Windows and Linux are operating systems. I am not too sure whyyou are concerned about the hosting models. You don't really have to worry about it.
What you have to concentrate on is the technology (at this stage in life) whether you want to take the Java path or .NET path.
