ACR122 SDK and Credit Card Data

Using the acr122 sdk i thought it would be possible to interpret or decrypt the "get data" or the ATR values from the reader in order to retrieve the credit card number for processing.
I have the hex values for each scenario and if there is extra coding needed to be completed in order to interpret than that is fine, I am seeking some clarification on this....
Does anyone have any experience with this??

i have that information and is working fine, except trying to decrypt/interpret the credit card number from the ATR (ISO14443) value that the reader gets from the chip.
