Added Custom jQuery Form in SharePoint Validation won't work

I did insert the form as form.html in content editor ...

The data successfully get created but I'm not able to add validation for some reason.

When I add validation is not working it just refreshes the page and data will not be submited.

Any suggestion please let me know thanks ?

Try by using JQuery validation plugin at https://jqueryvalidation.org/
This will help to validate at client side before submitting the data to server and will avoid postback.

Hi,
Can't find the validation code in your attached filed.
please post it in the question body.

and probably you are calling the url if the valideation funtion get false. Just return false on which the page will not reload.
