Adding Assebly in window server 2008 gac (visual studio 2010)

I want to add assembly in GAC m using window server 2008 with visual studio 2010 i have already use both the method by drag and drop or by GACutil.exe no exception generated and command line shows "Sucessfull" but still it not appear in "c:\\windows\assembly" folder or not in project reference (Add Reference) window.

May I know which reference you want to add in the project. It may happen that the dll you are trying to refer to is not a dll provided by Microsoft and may be present in COM component or you may need to browse to the dll location to add it to your project.

Yes but it is not displaying in references i also want to get its public key tokan
