I want to add image path from c# code,and i need to stream it and i want to use this code for upload file in my project.plz help me out in this

Provide more description like you have to use in ASP.NET, WinForms or WPF.

Do you need like this:
FileStream stream = new FileStream(@"\path\to\file\myImage.jpeg", FileMode.Open);
Image img = System.Drawing.Image.FromStream(stream);
img.Save(System.IO.Path.GetTempPath() + "\\myImage.Jpeg", ImageFormat.Jpeg);
