After Login Admin Create New User or Add new User

sorry ......

i just wana admin login now in my website ok...

now in my company i add new employee........

so admin create a user account to new employee that admin have to facility .


no one can create a user account in my website so how to do that.........

i m new in login controls so i have no idea.............

i hope u all off understand my problems

admin has all authentication and just simply create a new user for new employee and give limited role which already i created but admin how to create new user


give me some idea or code ............plz
