Is there a difference in this context between largely dependent countries and other countries?
Also, are you asking only about how AI can help with environmental and weather-related decisions? If I ask Google Gemini your question then its response is limited to environmental and weather-related issues. If you want a more general scope then you need to say so or at least not limit the request with specific criteria such as climate warning.
I hope you do not mind a related comment. I have lived in the USA my entire life. I have never been in India. I wish the people of Inia would export more products than they do. India has about the same number of people as China and the people of India are as smart as people in China. India could be as successful (I think more) than China. I apologize if this is off-topic; it would be good to discuss it elsewhere.
