AJAX Control

Question

Hi Guys,
I am developing a web application in ASP.net.
I have a relationship DropDownList and a textbox which is disable.
I want that textbox enable when user select other in DropDownList using AJAX controls(Without refreshing the whole page).
Help me on this topic.
