hello manav.... i got this type of error after run project.....

 

Error 4 Could not load file or assembly 'AjaxControlToolkit[1]' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

 

is it toolkit problem???

You can compare version in control panel of system

 

Just uninstall earlier version that you want to remove 

 

OR

 

There is refrenced dll file in your project , so find old dll file of toolkit and remove it

 

At last build solution , it will surely works
